Pro-Housing Pittsburgh applauds the historic package of zoning reform legislation recently signed into law by Mayor O’Connor.
Beyond directly lowering housing prices, these transformative bills will also fund deeply affordable housing, incentivize sustainable land use through repealing parking minimums, and allow truly multigenerational living by finally legalizing accessory dwelling units.
